Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: Balloons (air or helium filled), confetti, and/or streamers, etc. are not allowed on any of THE ROOF venues spaces
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?: Yes! All of our spaces include on-site catering. Additionally, we have an extensive list of approved off-site caterers as well. Should a client select a caterer that isn't on the list, there is an additional catering fee.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?: Yes, we have an approved vendor's list. If you would like to hire a vendor outside of the list, there will be an additional fee.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?: On-site parking is managed through a third party called LAZ Parking. Parking fees can be handled via numerous kiosks located throughout the property or via the Parkmoble app which can be downloaded prior to your event!
Does the venue have a curfew for events?: Typically, yes. Each venue space on THE ROOF has different curfew periods. However, in some instances, curfew periods can be extended for an additional charge.
