THE SET IS A CREATIVE WORKSPACE & EVENT VENUE CENTRALLY LOCATED IN MIAMI The Set Studio is ideal for concerts, exhibitions, work shops, performances, meetings, showrooms and pop-up stores. From a small photo shoot, up to a 1,500 people event. Converted from a former theatre and with design inspired by the Hollywood homes of the 1930s and 1940s, South Beach's SET Miami features a mix of crystal, high-end fabrics, baby croc and leather, a glass fireplace, vacuum-compressed elevators, eclectic Tinsel town-era artifacts and ebony Macassar. This unique blend of decor elements is a modern South Beach nod to old Hollywood glamour. The two-floor club features a Funktion One soundsystem for the international techno, house and trance DJs it books for its parties, and has, in addition to the usual array of nightclub lighting, a number of screens and projectors for video. SET is open regularly from Thursday to Sunday every week. The Set is Miami photo studio location rental space catering to film, photo shoots, fashion shoots music video & events. The main studio is an open 4000sq foot floor plan (a 40 foot cyclorama coming soon), 25 foot high ceilings, a Kitchen/Bar area, and three privet bathrooms. A 350sq foot mezzanine looks over the studio & houses controls to lights, 4K projector & privet offices. A 3000 sq foot out door privet courtyard/parking lot. Photo video equipment/lights/backdrops/flats available on demand as well as sound equipment. In-house Art department, production design art direction and professional prop fabrication crew with workshop in house. Additionally over 5000 sq feet of carpentry and workshop space. Amenities include: a Full Bar/Lounge, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Handicap Accessible, Outdoor Pool, Outside Catering Allowed, and Wireless Internet/Wi-Fi. Features of The Set include: A 300 person Max Number for an Event, 3 Event/Function Spaces, Special Features such as a 4K projector, PA system and stages available, 4,000 square feet of Total Meeting Room Space , and newly renovated in 2019.
