The South Warehouse

The South is a rustic, industrial event venue in Jackson, Mississippi, featuring exposed brick walls and steel beams across 19,000 square feet of open, customizable space. The venue accommodates up to 1,200 guests and hosts weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and private celebrations. The venue's character comes from its raw industrial architecture — wide open floor plans framed by brick and steel create a flexible canvas that adapts to a range of event styles. Rentals include twenty 60-inch round tables, twelve 6-foot rectangular tables, and 200 white resin folding chairs, along with five hours of event parking security for the first 150 guests. A dedicated Event Manager provides on-site support throughout each event.
