The Space

Available for short-term rentals, event bookings and live performances, the complex features: raw theater/event space with state-of-the-art staging, AV, a customizable floor plan and connected box-office operations; a broadcast-quality and stylishly decorated recording studio; and a chic, eclectic lobby and gathering space complete with a full bar. The Space opened in 2017 and has since hosted everything from fashion shows to plays and musicals, alongside weddings, birthdays and world-class concert performances by Tony, Grammy and Country Music Award winners.
