About The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway

The Speedway Club occupies the fifth and sixth floors of Smith Tower at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, with views across the 1.5-mile superspeedway from nearly every event space. The club positions itself as one of the world's most unique entertainment venues, offering over 13,000 square feet of flexible event space across eight distinct rooms and areas — from the intimate 255-square-foot Chairman's Room with its chef's table to the 6,200-square-foot Ballroom with a permanent dance floor. Eight spaces accommodate groups from 10 to 450 guests, with configurable floor plans suited to corporate functions, weddings, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, and social events. In-house catering menus can be customized for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher needs, and specialty cakes may be brought in with prior approval. Audio/visual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, and on-site parking are provided with each space. Events can be paired with Charlotte Motor Speedway track tours or professional driving experiences — bookable through several partner programs — for groups that want to add a motorsports element to their event.
