The Square PHX is tucked beneath the Phoenix skyline and suspended in time, making it an impressive setting for any occasion. It boasts historical architecture and a lush green landscape, as well as a variety of unique spaces for personal, group, community, nonprofit, and corporate gatherings of all kinds. Larger events fit perfectly within the Lath Pavilion and surrounding lawns, while smaller events will work just as well on the porch of the Rosson House. The adjacent historical architecture, rose garden, and lush grounds serve as the perfect backdrop for any event of any size or scope. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours. If you are interested in hosting your special event at Heritage Square, please complete this online Event Rental Form. The Lath House Pavilion can accommodate up to 500 people in a banquet-style arrangement or 1000 people in a theater-style arrangement. Rosson House Museum can accommodate up to 30 people in the foyer area, with no seating available.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our block event rentals depend on the day of the week and length of rental. Our a la carte event rentals depend on the space and length of the rental.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our Block rentals include: - Use of the Lath Pavilion, and lawn (available seasonally), Catering prep kitchen, 2 getting ready rooms - 12 hours on site for Saturdays; 8 hours on site for all other days of the week - The Square PHX staff cleans restrooms & collects trash from City Park bins
- What is the venue capacity?
- Lath Pavilion: 500 banquet style 1000 theater Rosson House: 30 standing room only
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- - Nails - Helium Balloons - Confetti, rice, bird seed, loose glitter or any item that may get caught in the brickwork - Open Flames (candles are allowed in a container higher than the flame, as well as heaters with a contained flame)
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- No, all vendors will need to be outsourced. We do not require you to use a vendor off our preferred list, but we do offer that resource for people needing suggestions.
