With 12 years of experience in Asheville’s hospitality and event industry, I saw a need for a venue that feels perfectly sized for smaller gatherings, without the oversized costs often associated with larger spaces. Whether you’re planning a micro-wedding, rehearsal dinner, or photoshoot, The Studio is designed to provide an inspiring and elegant setting that fits your event and your budget. Hosting an event for 20 shouldn’t come with the same price tag as one for 100, and The Studio offers a solution for those seeking a beautifully modern space tailored to their needs. Pricing Packages
Mon - Thurs | $50 per hour | 2-hour minimum
Perfect for meetings, photoshoots, professional services, or small gatherings. These days offer a flexible and affordable option for creative projects or intimate events.
Fri & Sun | $100 per hour | 3-hour minimum
Ideal for smaller celebrations or intimate parties, providing a chic and stylish backdrop for your special occasion with flexibility on timing.
Saturday $200 per hour | 5-hour minimum
Our premium option is for intimate events, birthday parties, bridal showers, and baby showers. Saturdays provide ample time to create a truly memorable experience in a boutique venue.
Full Day Buy-Out | Mon-Thur: $600 | Fri & Sun: $1,200 |Sat: $2,400
For those seeking an all-day experience, the full-day buy-out offers exclusive 12-hour access to the entire venue. This option is available any day of the week and is required for all micro-weddings, providing flexibility to celebrate from start to finish in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.

- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We allow all types of decor; however, all glitter and confetti must be completely cleaned after the event, or a $500 fine will be applied.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes, parking is available in the Wall Street parking garage, with the entrance located on Otis Street. Additional options are available, with the closest garage being a short 5-minute walk away.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- We do not have a liquor license. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you will need to secure a Special Event ABC Permit, which is required for all events involving alcohol.
- What is the staffing and cleanup policy for hourly rentals?
- Hourly rentals do not include any staff or cleanup services. If you book hourly rates, you are responsible for cleaning up after your event. Failure to do so will result in a $500 cleaning fee. If you would like to add a cleanup staff for your event, we can arrange that as an add-on.
- Are pets allowed at the venue?
- We love pets! However, we ask that you check with us ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate any special requirements.
