- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our remarkable historic estate starts at $26,000 for min of 8 hours for venue only. This is truly a one of a kind property on the beach in Santa Monica. Once known as "The Gold Coast" in the 1930s The Thalberg Estate hosted Hollywood's Elite. Additional hours $2500.00 per hour
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- The venue is a private home, and does not have a liquor license. Liquor must be served by licensed and insured vendor from approved vendor list, or by special approval.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes! The Thalberg Estate offers on-site catering for additional costs by our preferred caterer.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The rental price is for venue only. The rental included exterior spaces, courtyard and beachside lawns and patios, large gourmet kitchen, dining room, front lounge area and foyer. Outside furniture included in the rental
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Yes, Santa Monica requires all amplified music to end at 10:00 pm, however you may continue celebrating indoors with DJ and dance floor until 12a.
