The venue is rented as a full buyout, which includes The Stage (378-seat theater), The Hall (5,000 sq. ft. flexible space/ 390 capacity), and the Greenroom at a rate of $5,500 ($4,000 non-profit) per hour at a 6-hour minimum, which includes our extensive in-house A/V inventory, technical team, front of house staff as well as security.
