The Tutwiler Hotel

The Tutwiler Hotel is a historic hotel in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Alabama, occupying the former Ridgely Apartments at 2021 Park Place. With roots stretching back over 100 years, the property sits steps away from the city's financial, judicial, and cultural districts — making it a natural gathering point for Birmingham's most memorable events. The hotel offers approximately 8,000 square feet of flexible event space suited to weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. On-site catering is provided by Park Place Catering, handling food and beverage for all events held at the property.
