Since it first opened its doors in 1926, The University Club of Orlando has been a haven for influential members of the local business and community communities. It all began on the tenth floor of the historic Angebilt Hotel with a group of college graduates who wanted to extend the brotherhood that they had experienced in their time in fraternity. Since then, the organization has undergone a tremendous amount of change. As the club expanded alongside the community, it evolved into more of a gathering place for individuals who are now recognized as the pioneering leaders behind much of Orlando's development since the clubs inception.
