- For A FULL BUYOUT on Wednesday-Saturday night: - Peak-Season (October-April): The food & beverage minimum is $40,000 + a $10,000 venue fee - Non-Peak Season (May-September): the food & beverage minimum is $30,000 + a $10,000 venue fee Custom pricing applies to Sunday-Wednesday events (avg. $20-25k)

- Venue setup and breakdown, including amenities, tables, tableware, chairs, lounge furniture, menus, and linens. We offer valet services, optional decor, A/V equipment, and two full bars. A full wait staff including servers, bartenders, bussers, barbacks, and hostesses are eager to serve you.
