The Venue At Willow Creek

The Venue at Willow Creek is an all-inclusive event venue set on 10 acres of tree-lined ridges and meadow views in Kansas City, Kansas. The property features both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, including a creekside ceremony location, a garden patio with café lights, and a stone firepit — alongside a main reception hall with stained concrete floors, high ceilings, and a full wall of glass sliding doors. The venue handles catering, bar and mixology services, and décor in-house, offering clients a single point of coordination from planning through event day. Rentals include farm tables and Mahogany Chiavari chairs, ceremony chairs and arbors, bar glassware, and access to rental décor, along with an onsite day-of manager. Getting-ready suites are available on the property, and a paved, lighted parking lot serves guests on arrival.
