Venue Pricing
Our rates vary based on the time of day and day of the week. There are discounts for rentals of at least eight (8) hours. Monday - Thursday West & East Wings $250/hr + tax prior to 5pm $350/hr + tax after 5pm Rotary Room & Bar $100/hr + tax prior to 5pm $175/hr + tax after 5pm Friday - Sunday West & East Wing $350/hour + tax Rotary Room & Bar $175/hour + tax Saturday West & East Wing $450/hour + tax Rotary Room & Bar $200/hour + tax Please remember that your rental hours should account for setup, decoration, and cleanup, all of which must be completed within your designated rental time (from time-in to time-out). All room rentals include our standard tables and chairs, which will be set up before your arrival, as well as access to a caterer’s kitchen.
