The Villas of Amelia Island Plantation

The Villas of Amelia Island is an Omni resort property set on a 1,350-acre waterfront property on Amelia Island in northeast Florida. The property features private one- to four-bedroom villas and single-family homes alongside the full amenities of the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, including golf courses, Har-Tru tennis courts, beach access, a full-service spa, and eleven dining venues. For events, the property accommodates gatherings ranging from intimate dinners of 20 to social events of 500 or more. Outdoor venues include Walker's Landing — a marsh-front facility with an octagonal design, hardwood floors, a fieldstone fireplace, and sunset views over the Intracoastal Waterway — and the Ocean View Terrace, which overlooks the Atlantic. The Sprouting Project offers a more intimate outdoor setting with a garden, greenhouse, and small citrus grove. The Magnolia Ballroom provides an expansive indoor option for larger celebrations. The property offers award-winning culinary options and in-house catering for all events, with overnight villa accommodations available for guests attending multi-day celebrations.
