- Venue costs are based on food and beverage minimums ranging from $15,000++ to $75,000++ and minimums vary by venue space, day of the week, and season. Ceremony fees range from $4,000++ to $8,000++, and setup fees for receptions typically start at $2,500++.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Inclusions typically consist of tables, banquet chairs, white or black linens and napkins, standard glassware, silverware, tableware, dance floor, staging, cocktail tables, and a dedicated event manager. A complimentary suite is included for the couple on the night of the wedding.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancellation terms are outlined in the event agreement and vary based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Deposits are non-refundable, and sliding scale fees may apply depending on the timeline.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Open flame must be enclosed (hurricanes or votives). Décor that causes damage (nails, staples, tape) is prohibited. Confetti, glitter, and sparklers are not permitted.
