For private events, the venue offers five distinct spaces — from a large open lawn that accommodates up to 250 guests under a tent, to an intimate waterside setting at Hawes Pond, a marsh-facing deck at the front of Captain's House, a rear deck overlooking the grounds, and The Sail Loft, an indoor dining room that seats up to 80 and overlooks the pond. The property hosts one event per day.
