The Westendorff building was acquired by MOSAIC Catering + Events in 2014 and underwent a lengthy historical renovation. The Westendorff building's owner Steven Niketas received the Whitelaw Founders Award from the Historic Charleston Foundation and the Carolopolis Award from the Preservation Society of Charleston in 2015 in appreciation of the renovation and adaptive reuse of the structure. The 1,200 square foot Warren Room provides a superbly attractive and welcoming space for parties of all kinds. This stunning location ensures an unmatched level of hospitality and excellent execution for your special occasion when combined with the knowledgeable and committed event crew from MOSAIC Catering + Events Charleston. The Warren Room can accommodate any small, private gathering thanks to its bespoke lighting, white-washed x-back chairs, natural wood tables, exposed working fireplace, wooden beams, private full-service bar, and private restroom. A further 500 square feet of event space with a view of lovely Charleston is available on our lovingly refurbished balcony. With an elevator, the Warren Room is wheelchair accessible.
