The Waterfront Historic Kent Manor Inn

Kent Island Resort sits on 220 acres of Maryland Eastern Shore farmland, anchored by a restored manor house dating to the 1820s. The property offers nearly two miles of waterfront access along Thompson Creek, combining nearly two centuries of history with contemporary resort amenities. Five distinct event venues accommodate gatherings from 8 to 300 guests. The Farmstead, a barn-style space with exposed timber and soaring ceilings, and The Pavilion, a clear-sided structure set within a woodland clearing, each host up to 300 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and celebrations of all kinds. The Garden House seats up to 75 guests in a columned pavilion-style space overlooking the waterway and formal gardens. Smaller corporate and private gatherings are served by the Chicken Coop meeting room and the intimate Pennyworth dining space inside the Manor House. On-site catering draws from local Chesapeake Bay seafood and regional ingredients, served through the 18TWENTY Bar and Restaurant. The resort also provides event coordination, 24 guest rooms in the historic Manor House, and recreational amenities across the waterfront grounds.
