The Waterfront Inn

The Waterfront Inn is a boutique hotel situated on the shores of Lake Sumter in The Villages, Florida, offering a lakeside setting for weddings, corporate meetings, and private events. The property combines southern hospitality with panoramic water views and easy access to Market Square shopping and entertainment. On-site dining is anchored by Calypso, the Inn's signature restaurant, which brings Caribbean-inspired cuisine and rum-infused cocktails to a lakeside setting. The venue's in-house event planning team handles budgeting, menu selection, floor plan design, and vendor coordination for weddings and group events, with complete lakeside packages available. An outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa round out the property's amenities for overnight guests and attendees.
