The restaurant was brought to life by owners Jill and Scott Hemmes, and its Soiree Room brings that same attention to detail to private events and weddings. The Soiree Room is a dedicated banquet space featuring sheer draped ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an outdoor deck with water and beach views. A dedicated events coordinator works with each group to customize the space, including color schemes and styling. Catering is provided in-house through The Waverly's own kitchen, and an event policies and contract document is available for planning purposes.
