- Venue Rentals at The Wellsley are dependent upon date. Venue Fees range from $3,000 to $12,000 depending on date and time.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- The Wellsley offers a strong canvas for events. The space boast custom lighting, bespoke built-in bars and fine details. Outside decor is welcomed thru licensed and insured decor partners. Please inquire for specific restrictions.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Our preferred catering partner is BOKA Catering Group, however, other licensed and insured caterers are allowed into the venue.
- What is the venue capacity?
- With three distinct spaces, The Wellsley offers a variety of options in the space. General capacity parameters are 180 seated or 300 for reception-style event. Reception capacity can flex up to 400 with the inclusion of our second-floor lounge.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- The Wellsley does hold a liquor license and provides beverage service for all events.
