- We can accommodate meetings and events from 1 person to 2,000 people.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- All food and beverage must be prepared and served by the Westin hotel. In special cases, we can discuss the use of outside catering for Kosher, Halal, or Indian weddings/events.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Encore is our preferred in-house A/V vendor. Outside A/V companies are able to be brought in, however, Encore exclusively provides rigging, truss, and power for outside A/V equipment. Encore liaison fees may apply. Please visit https://tinyurl.com/2c2m4sub for more information.
