This allows wedding planners to get creative when designing an event’s decor scheme. The hotel’s facilities are extensive and include a fitness centre with a heated indoor pool and sauna. - What linens does the hotel provide?
- We offer floor-length white tablecloths and white napkins. We are happy to assist with introducing you to some vendors who provide customized linen options.
- Is early access available for décor setup?
- We will be delighted to extend set up during the morning for decor starting at 10:00 AM or as discussed. Access to the event space the day before the event is subject to room rental charges or if available can be confirmed complimentary one week before your wedding date.
- What options are available for parking?
- The hotel’s paid parking lot (Impark Lot #57) is located underground and is valid for 24 hours. In addition, the hotel is connected to the Stanley A. Milner Library Underground Parkade which provides discounts on evenings or weekends. Please contact the City of Edmonton directly for more info.
- What additional charges should I be aware of?
- All events that have live or taped music are subject to mandatory government tariffs of SOCAN and Re: Sound fees. Each fee is based on the number of guests for the event. Audiovisual needs of screens, projectors, specialty microphones, and lighting are available through our in-house company, Encore.
