The Westin Washington Dulles Airport

The Westin Washington Dulles Airport is a full-service hotel in Herndon, Virginia, just one mile from Washington Dulles International Airport, with a complimentary airport shuttle available to guests and event attendees. Its recently renovated lobby anchors 12 event rooms totaling roughly 14,757 square feet of event space, including the Rivanna Ballroom, the hotel's largest venue, which can host up to 650 guests in a theater layout or 500 for a standing reception. The hotel's venues are set up for cocktail parties, receptions, weddings, and reunions. For ceremonies, an outdoor wedding pavilion overlooks a pond and stone bridge. Marriott Certified Wedding Planners on staff are trained to coordinate weddings of all types, including ethnic and military ceremonies, helping with details such as menus, table settings, and vendor referrals for florists, photographers, and entertainment. Modern Provisions, the hotel's on-site restaurant, serves modern American cuisine made with sustainable, local ingredients, and its adjoining lounge offers handcrafted cocktails for evening gatherings. Meeting spaces come equipped with AV equipment and high-speed Wi-Fi, supporting everything from corporate meetings to team luncheons.
