The Wilson

Inspired by the fabled relationship between a fisherman and his beloved bulldog, The Wilson celebrates true camaraderie – of food and drink, New Yorkers and visitors, family and friends. The Wilson features modern and playful interpretations of New American Classics from IGC Culinary Director Chef Jeff Haskell paired with signature cocktails, wine, and craft beer created and selected by Beverage Manager Erik Delanoy. The duplex venue is located in INNSIDE by Meliá New York and boasts al fresco dining and an upstairs cocktail bar overlooking a vast, open dining room. Much like the menus, the decor favors light, bright, and refreshing.
