- Where is the hotel located?
- The Windsor Court is located in the heart of New Orleans’ Central Business District, just steps from the historic French Quarter.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We only offer in-house catering. However, if there are special circumstances such as kosher, gluten free, etc. we can of course allow additional catering to accommodate you and your guests.
- Does the hotel allow pets?
- Yes, we welcome pets up to 40 pounds. A plush pet bed with food and water bowls are provided for use during the stay. A non-refundable fee of $150 does apply for post-departure deep cleaning of the accommodations.
- How far are Bourbon Street and the French Quarter from the hotel?
- The French Quarter is one block from the hotel and Bourbon Street is approximately four blocks away.

Ralph Mahana
General ManagerRalph Mahana has a lot of tenure here at the hotel. His history at the hotel begins long before his hospitality career. His love for the hotel was nostalgically instilled in him through his visits to the Grill Room and Le Salon with his grandparents when he was young. No one knows the intrinsic value of making lasting memories at Windsor Court quite as well as Ralph. He brings a renewed perspective while still maintaining the Old-World charm in which the hotel has earned its laurels.
