About The Woodhouse Lodge
Welcome to the Woodhouse Lodge, a hotel for friends from near and far located in Greenville, New York. Built in 1962 as a modern escape for city dwellers, the property has been transformed into a 10 room shaker meets mid century modern hotel, restaurant and bar tucked in the rolling hills of the Catskill Mountains. Children 8 and older are welcome. The Woodhouse lodge is located 30 min west of the Hudson NY Amtrack train station. We are remote enough to get your fill of fresh air activities like hiking, swimming holes, antiquing, drive-in movies, on site dining and outdoor attractions. In addition to being a unique place to sleep, the lodge serves as a gathering place and occasional hub of community activity, weddings and special events. Please note that we suggest having a car for your stay as the lodge is not in walking distance to dining or outside attractions.

Property buyout includes exclusive use of the property from 3pm Friday - 11am Sunday for 2 events (typically a welcome party and the wedding ceremony & reception). A 2-night minimum buyout is required, but guests can book directly through the lodge. Buyout fee includes use of a selection of in-house furniture and use of fire pits throughout the property. An event manager will be present throughout the entire weekend, but a planner is also required.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- $10,500-$12,500 for a weekend buyout, not including rooms (guests can reach out directly to book). For mini-wedding options, please contact us.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Exclusive use of the property from 3pm Friday - 11am Sunday for 2 events. The tavern will be closed for the weekend for your use - we will coordinate what in-house furniture you would like to use based on the flow of your event.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 120 or under is our standard capacity, but we can accommodate up to 200 guests for an additional fee for each guest above 120.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We can cater a very small event in-house. Otherwise any insured off-premise caterer is welcome!
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes - all bar packages must be purchased through us.
