Timberlodge at Arrowhead Golf Club

The Timberlodge at Arrowhead is a wedding and events banquet facility set between the fairways of Arrowhead Golf Club in Akron, New York. The venue pairs a rustic timber-framed, post-and-beam dining room with polished mission-style décor and an arts-and-crafts aesthetic that creates what the venue describes as relaxed and understated elegance. The main dining room accommodates up to 200 guests for seated dinners and receptions. In warmer months, covered and heated patios extend that capacity to 260 guests. An outdoor open-air ceremony space — overlooking the golf course and framed by the venue's signature wedding trellis — seats up to 200 for ceremonies. The grounds also include a grand gazebo, fire pit, tiki torches, and manicured ponds. All catering is handled on-site by the venue's in-house banquet team; outside caterers and outside alcohol are not permitted. The Timberlodge hosts one wedding per day, devoting the entire facility — from its fully climate-controlled interiors to the adjacent ceremony and patio areas — to a single event.
