How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Rates are charged per hour and vary by room type. Most meeting rooms range from $50 to $125 per hour, while the Grand Ballroom starts at $325 per hour ($250 per hour for nonprofits). Discounts are available for all-day and multi-day bookings.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
Your rental includes tables and chairs and built-in A/V access: microphones, screens/projectors, HDMI hookups, and in-room PCs (where available).
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
To reserve your space, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If you cancel within 30 days of the event date, additional cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and scope of the reservation.
What is the venue capacity?
Capacity varies based on the room and layout. The Grand Ballroom accommodates approximately 450 guests for banquet-style events and up to 1,000 for reception-style events. Meeting rooms and lounges range in capacity up to 80 guests.
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
Yes. TVUC events use our on-site caterer, Bon Appétit, for food and beverage service.
