Tioga Downs Casino

Tioga Downs Casino Resort sits along the Susquehanna River in Nichols, New York, nestled in the hills of the Southern Tier with views of the harness racetrack below. The property traces its origins to Tioga Park, a quarter horse track established in 1974, and was revived and refinished in 2006 as the 5/8-mile harness racing and gaming destination it is today. The resort offers more than 30,000 square feet of event space across the Tioga Ballroom, the Broome and Chemung Ballrooms, a Trackside Tent, and the Tioga Golf Clubhouse's Upper Terrace — which carries panoramic views of the river and racetrack. The full Tioga Ballroom seats up to 390 guests at banquet rounds. For weddings, the venue accommodates receptions of up to 375 guests, with catering options spanning buffets, action stations, and sit-down dinners, as well as support for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and post-wedding breakfasts. Tioga Downs is 100% smoke-free throughout the property. On-site accommodations include 160 guestrooms and suites, and guests have access to a full spa, indoor and outdoor heated saltwater pools, and multiple dining venues.
