TJ Farms

TJ Farms Estates is a 15-acre family-owned farm located three miles west of downtown Chico, California, nestled along a country lane and surrounded by green orchards. The property centers on a 1937 country farmhouse set within two acres of manicured grounds, complete with ivy-covered trellises, a gazebo, and multiple intimate garden sitting areas. The indoor party barn accommodates up to 200 guests and is furnished with 60-inch round tables and white folding chairs. Outdoors, a landscaped lawn and an open-air dance area with overhead string lighting extend the celebration into the surrounding farm setting. A dedicated bridal suite with fireplace provides a warm gathering space for the wedding party before the ceremony. TJ Farms Estates hosts weddings, private parties, and seasonal events, offering a relaxed farm atmosphere paired with permanent restroom facilities, a moveable wet bar, outdoor ground lighting, and ample parking for guests and vendors.
