Tommy’s Lazy G

Lazy G Chapel & Cabins is a 1,200-acre event and retreat property located in Union Grove, Alabama, set among the hills and natural landscapes of Marshall County. The property hosts country weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and private parties in a secluded woodland setting that includes a waterfall, covered bridge, pond, meadows, and cave formations. The centerpiece event space is the Chapel in the Cove, a rustic all-wood wedding chapel featuring vintage windows, wooden pews, large cedar doors, a balcony, and a dramatic back window overlooking a waterfall. The chapel accommodates up to 200 guests and includes full audio equipment and a dedicated changing room for the wedding party. Additional gathering areas on the property include a gazebo and outdoor fireplace. On-site lodging — including a bridal suite, honeymoon suite, and multiple cabins — allows wedding parties and guests to stay on the property for the duration of an event.
