- Room rentals vary on the event space being rented but can range from $150 - $1,000. Members of Town Point Club receive waived room rental fees.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not allow sand, glitter, confetti, or fog machines.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes, we can provide numerous A/V items to include podium, mics, projector, screen, TV, speakers, etc.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We can offer valet for your guests. Alternate parking is available directly across the street in the Town Point Garage.
Meet The Team
Sydney Way
Event Sales DirectorSydney joined Town Point Club in 2017. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University and brought over 9 years of hotel and resort industry to the Club, having worked in multiple properties across AL, NC, and VA. When Sydney is not planning events at the Club, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and 2 furbabies, playing recreational sports, cheering on Eagles football, and traveling as much as possible. Her role is to help create successful and memorable experiences and she loves it!
