TRAINE at Seaboard Station occupies a restored 1940s brick train station in downtown Raleigh, where the original white brick walls, exposed timber beams, and bistro lighting meet a 4,500-square-foot open floor plan. The main hall seats up to 200 guests and connects to a 55-foot outdoor patio through three garage doors — expanding cocktail-hour capacity to 270. Ceremony backdrops include a chevron wood wall, white brick, and boxwood walls, and historic train tracks on the property offer a distinctive setting for portraits and post-ceremony photos. A separate private suite with its own entrance, ADA bathroom, and natural light accommodates up to 20 guests for seated dinners or 30 for cocktail receptions.
