Chef Antelmo Ambrosio is a multi-award winning culinary expert with Merchants Hospitality. Antelmo, who is credited with improving the caliber of the meals, takes great delight in his original recipes and the top-quality ingredients he uses in everything he cooks. Antelmo's passion expanded over the course of his years of expertise, and he eventually had the chance to take the position of Executive Chef. Antelmo continues to broaden and develop his culinary interests since he can satisfy any palette.
