Trummer's on Main

For more than 16 years, Trummer's has been a dining destination on Main Street in historic Clifton, Virginia, a small town with Civil War roots. Founded by husband-and-wife team Victoria and Stefan Trummer, the restaurant pairs small-town warmth with a level of cuisine and service more often found in major food cities. Executive Chef Zach Ridenhour leads a seasonal American menu built on partnerships with Virginia's small farmers and purveyors, including fresh seafood, local pork, and dishes from the restaurant's French rotisserie. Co-owner Stefan Trummer, a noted mixologist, oversees the craft cocktail program, and Trummer's holds one of the largest wine cellars in the Mid-Atlantic, with room for more than 8,000 bottles in a glass-enclosed wine tasting room complete with a communal tasting table. Trummer's offers four distinct dining areas suited to groups of varying size, from a casual bar and lounge to a full dining room, and hosts everything from intimate gatherings to weddings and private events.
