Our downtown Seattle location, ideally located on the intersection of 5th Avenue and Spring Street, close to the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle, is the perfect setting for any event, whether it's a small conference, an intimate dinner party, or a large cocktail reception (we can even offer your guests limited valet parking through the hotel). Solaio, our private dining room, offers 660 square feet of versatile event space that is suitable for wedding receptions, business breakfasts, board meetings, cocktail parties, and other special occasions, among other things.
