Up to 250 people can be seated for a supper on the covered terrace and lawns, which also have festive string lighting. The lawns are readily tentable for more protection. The Garden features famed bronze and stone sculptures incorporated throughout its landscape along with winding walks, serene ponds, and natural backdrops. 250 people can be seated for a supper at the UMLAUF. The welcome area has a covered area, festive lights, and nearby lawns that may be tent-covered to increase coverage. The ceremony arbor's open-air limestone and steel architecture makes it the perfect place for up to 200 people to witness or exchange wedding vows. The UMLAUF offers a daytime Intimate Wedding Ceremony option for couples looking for a unique way to commemorate their special day, which includes entrance for up to 15 guests (additional guests can be added for a max of 25 people). The Garden offers a tranquil, outdoor setting with lots of private areas for small events. The UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum, which is only a short distance from the city center, is a charming and thoughtful location ideal for informal gatherings and business meetings. The Crenshaw Room, which is flooded with light, provides sweeping views of the sculpture garden. ​ The existing AV equipment is conveniently located in the room. For an off-site meal, visitors can either book catering or use one of the many restaurants along Barton Springs Road. Throughout the day, a staff member is on-site to help visitors.
