Union Square Loft

60 guests. 6 hours. One flat price. Nothing else to negotiate. Union Square Loft is a private event venue at 873 Broadway in Flatiron, run since the 90s by owner-operator Carlos Montoya. It's a complete room: cast-iron columns, 13-foot ceilings, a Fulcrum Acoustics sound system, and a 75-inch 4K touchscreen, held by the same person who hands you the keys. Up to 60 guests, six hours, all gear included, BYOB welcome, no setup fees, no hidden line items. Flat pricing: Off-Peak (Sun-Thu) $2,000. Standard (Fri-Sun) $3,000. Peak Saturday $4,500. You show up with your idea. Everything else is already here.
