University of Montana

University of Montana Conference and Event Services offers 16 flexible event and meeting spaces across the Missoula campus, welcoming groups ranging from 10 to 1,000 guests. The collection spans a wide range of settings — from the University Center Ballroom, one of the largest ballrooms in Missoula at 10,437 square feet with hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a soundproof air wall that divides the room into two independent event spaces, to the 1935 Dennison Theatre, a historic 1,140-seat performance hall updated with modern technology. The Washington-Grizzly Stadium Club brings a distinctly local character, with 360-degree views of Missoula and a wrap-around outdoor deck perched above the iconic stadium. The professional team provides consultation and full event management from initial planning through event day, with catering available across venues. Special pricing is extended to alumni, government employees, nonprofits, and students.
