University of Northern Colorado- University Center

The University Center at the University of Northern Colorado sits at the geographic high point of the Greeley campus, serving as the hub of campus life and one of the premier meeting facilities in northern Colorado. The building hosts more than 5,000 events each year, drawing more than 250,000 attendees annually — a scale that reflects the range of gatherings it accommodates, from small student-organization meetings to large gala dinners and wedding receptions. With approximately 40,000 square feet of flexible event space across 23 rooms and lounges, the University Center can scale to fit nearly any occasion. The Rocky Mountain Grand Ballroom anchors the facility, offering a 10,200-square-foot space with 21-foot ceilings that can be configured as one continuous hall or divided into two or three sections, accommodating up to 960 guests for a theater-style event or 600 in a banquet arrangement. The Panorama Room seats up to 250 guests and takes its name from the sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains visible from the third floor. Smaller suites — including the Columbine, Spruce, and Aspen rooms — handle breakout sessions, rehearsal dinners, and meetings for groups of 8 to 250. Conference & Event Services staff coordinate catering, room setup, and audio-visual requests for events hosted at the facility, supporting everything from campus conferences to private celebrations.
