The tailgate party that lasts the entire year Utopian Tailgate is Chicago's newest never-ending rooftop partyscape, perched high atop Piper's Alley, above world-famous comic enclave The Second City. Our 300-person, 10,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor never-ending tailgate welcomes you with dreamy décor and engaging fun and activities. All year long, giant Jenga, drinking games, a disco dance party, and much more mingle with upscale meals and funny whistle-wetters. Birthdays, corporate retreats, bachelorette parties, and other special occasions are all celebrated at Utopian Tailgate. For groups of 20 to 150 individuals, book a private or semi-private area with us. Only those aged 21 and up are permitted to enter. Guests are welcome to hang out with their friends in their own private tent, which is decorated lavishly to fit each theme at Camp Utopia. Camp Utopia is open through early March.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We have food & beverage minimums associated with all our spaces, exclusive of taxes and service fees. Our space is based on a food & beverage minimum, pricing is determined by date and time of your event.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- All deposits are non refundable. Your event coordinator will cover the rest of the polices when discussing contracts
- What is the venue capacity?
- Our indoor space can accommodate up to 150 guests reception style. The outdoors can accommodate up to 300 reception style, full venue can accommodate up to 400 guests at one time.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- You are welcome to bring in any pre-approved decor. Please ask your coordinator for our list of favorites.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes, we have a full catering menu available with Tailgate favorites! Looking for something more - we are happy to put together a customized menu for you.
