UW Conference Center

The University of Wyoming Conference Center sits directly across from War Memorial Stadium, and that stadium-side address sets its tempo. It is the campus event center built for the full arc of the university's year — from fall tailgates to the weddings, conferences, reunions, and banquets that fill the rest of the calendar. That range is the point. More than 13,000 square feet of flexible space divides into eight conference rooms and an assortment of meeting and banquet rooms, so a conference, a meeting, and a wedding reception can each find the right footprint. Audiovisual services, including setup and on-site event operation, are available to match. Catering comes from University of Wyoming Catering & Events, the team that has run campus functions since 1946 and serves plated meals on china, glassware, and linen at no added charge. For a planner weighing the venue, the appeal is straightforward: one stadium-adjacent address flexible enough for nearly any occasion, backed by a catering operation that handles well over a thousand events each year.
