Vegas Views

Vegas Views is a 7,400-square-foot contemporary estate perched on Sunrise Mountain, just east of Las Vegas, with 180-degree panoramic views across the valley — encompassing the Strip, downtown Las Vegas, Mount Charleston, and the Henderson skyline. Completed in September 2012, the property has earned two National Association of Home Builders "Best in American Living" awards, including BALA Gold and Platinum honors. The estate is available for a range of private events, from corporate board meetings and weddings to family reunions and film and television productions — it has served as a location for Top Chef Season 6. The 1.5-acre gated compound features a 50-foot infinity pool, a 10-person infinity spa, a 185-foot stream with waterfall, floor-to-ceiling windows, an elevator with handicap access, and custom Italian furnishings throughout. The property is located approximately 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 30 minutes from McCarran International Airport.
