Venue 412 is a 12,422 sq ft, two-level event venue at 412 Broadway in San Francisco's North Beach, on the edge of the Financial District. We host corporate events, wedding receptions, brand activations, fashion shows, product launches, fundraisers and galas, milestone birthdays, music video shoots, and private buyouts for groups up to 400. The rental includes a full A/V package (PA, professional lighting, video to eleven HD displays, wireless mics, Pioneer DJ booth), in-house catering through our commercial kitchen, two private dressing rooms, four unisex rest rooms, and an artist green room. Everything is included with the venue rental. Four blocks from the FiDi hotel cluster. Massively customizable space allows for infinite possibilities for any kind of event.
