This three-story building with retail, office, restaurants, two rooftop patios, and a rooftop park is located in historic downtown Frisco in the heart of what will become the East Pipeline of The Rail District. It is adjacent to The Patios @ The Rail, a three-story building with retail, office, restaurants, and a rooftop park. Our event location boasts stunning settings, both indoors and out, that serve as the perfect background for your wedding or other special occasion. The event site, in addition to taking use of our secret gardens and natural beauty, has a covered amphitheater-style ceremony area with seating for 100–125 guests, crystal chandeliers hanging throughout, a creek with bridges, an attractive fire pit, and a fireplace on the buffet terrace. The grounds are well-lit at night, so feel free to pitch up your tent in any corner of our event center and make each space into a unique vision. In addition to providing classic enjoyment, the integrated interior and external spaces also serve as the ideal wedding or special event setting. The rental of the venue includes your choice of rectangular or circular dining tables, 100 folding chairs, white floor length table linens, as well as high cocktail tables, sign in tables, and cake tables, among other things. Because our event venue is a full-service facility, we can provide you with all of the formal dishware, flatware, and glasses that you will need for your wedding or other special occasion. There is no minimum requirement for food and beverages.
