On top of Brooklyn Bridge Park and with views of the East River, Manhattan Bridge, and the New York City skyline, DUMBO SKY is a rooftop venue located in Manhattan's DUMBO historic district, directly above Brooklyn Bridge Park. The rooftop event space is 3,500 square feet in size and offers 360-degree panoramic views. 20,000 square foot rooftop venue that can be rented along with a full floor 20,000 square foot rooftop venue that has an industrial, rustic aesthetic with exposed brick, natural light, and historic details The Flat I NYC is located in the heart of the Flatiron District, just steps away from Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building, and Eataly, and across the street from the Flatiron District. An elevated mezzanine/stage area and an outdoor balcony are included on the main floor, which totals 2,500 square feet in total. Featuring exposed brick, high ceilings, and original woodwork on the main floor, the main floor has an industrial, rustic aesthetic. It is an additional 2,500 square feet of space that includes a changing room, green room, storage space, a massive prep area, and a terrace where guests can take in some fresh air or simply enjoy the artwork on display.
