Founded by lifelong friends with deep experience in global meat trading and hospitality, the restaurant featured hormone and antibiotic free American Wagyu and grass fed cuts sourced directly from their own USDA certified facility. Managing PartnerAs a Marist High School alumnus and Georgia Tech graduate, I am an Atlanta-based entrepreneur who has built a portfolio of food businesses. I started in global food distribution, handling imports for international and domestic clients. Currently, I am a founding partner of R&D International, a global food distribution company. As a founding partner of the Vice Restaurant Group, I oversee the marketing and branding side of the concepts, including Vice Steak Bar and Smash Burgers by Vice.
