Viking Hall

Viking Hall, operated by Bernt Balchen Lodge #46 of the Sons of Norway, is a flexible event venue located in the heart of Anchorage, Alaska. The hall offers a quiet, affordable option for weddings, corporate retreats, and social gatherings against the backdrop of the Chugach Range. The main event space spans approximately 4,500 square feet — a 50-by-60-foot hall accommodating up to 150 guests. The room features a large stone fireplace with gas insert, generous picture windows facing the Chugach Mountains, a hardwood dance floor, and built-in audio/visual capabilities. Tables and chairs are included with the rental. Renters have access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen with a range, grill, double oven, refrigerator, sanitizer dishwasher, and coffee service equipment, along with a coat room, foyer, and dedicated entry area.
